Well, well well.  This was a fun “theme” for me.  as many of you may or may not know I L-O-V-E to cook!  Pasta is such a easy and versatile ingredient to use.  I had a couple of practice runs for this months theme, my family was very appreciative of that.

In the end I decided to go with a warm noodle entree; consisting of a yummy lime, soy , garlic and ginger sauce. Some tender shrimp, mingling with a few sauteed brown mushrooms and some crispy garlic pieces in with a nice rice noodle.  Sounds Delicious right!  It was pretty good, with some tweaking to your own personal tastes I believe it could be phenominal.  You can find the link to the recipe here….  http://www.foodiecrush.com/2012/03/craving-garlic-soba-noodles-with-grilled-shrimp/
